Overview:

Rosalind Spigel, MSOD, ACC, is an Organization Development consultant and published and certified Leadership Coach.  She designs customized methods to clarify desired outcomes, innovate solutions, and implement action steps. Her approach to increase leader, team, and organizational effectiveness is based on analytic tools for organization change and human behavior.

Rosalind is the former Executive Director of a non-profit in the Philadelphia area where she led public policy initiatives, spearheaded comprehensive strategic plans, and was responsible for dozens of high profile events targeted to legislators, diplomats, and business and community leaders. Rosalind also served as Interim Director for the national agency and during her tenure organized a wide range of national and regional programs, established policies, oversaw the national and regional staff, and was responsible for board development and fundraising.

Education and Training:

Rosalind earned her BA from George Washington University and holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University/National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences (AU/NTL). She is the recipient of the Hal Kellner Award for contributions to issues of diversity and social justice.

Rosalind graduated in Cohort 1 from the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification, Skills for High Impact Coaching (CDPCC) and received her certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Rosalind is a Motivation and Behavioral Analyst and received her training from Pinnacle Group International and certification from TTI (Target Training International) Success Insights.
